Privacy Policy

Who we are

JP Heritage Construction is a heritage restoration and specialist lime plastering business based in Brighton, East Sussex, working across Sussex and London. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website (jpbuilds.net).

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through a contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the type of project, and your message. If you email or call us directly, we keep the details you share in that conversation.

If you accept cookies, we also collect anonymous website usage statistics through Google Analytics — for example which pages are visited and how long visitors stay. This does not identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use your enquiry details only to respond to you, discuss your project, and provide a quote. We keep a copy of each enquiry so we can follow up if you get back in touch.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We do not send marketing emails.

Where your information is stored

Enquiries are stored securely on our website's hosting platform and delivered to us by email. Access is restricted to the business owner.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your project and any follow-up, and no longer than is reasonable for our records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
